  • What is B.I.L.T.?
  • Overview

We use an assortment of strength training tools from medicine balls and stability balls to enhanced breathing pattern techniques. Other tools might include real movement patterns using free weight training and cable resistance exercises.

Initially, we start with a comprehensive evaluation of posture and movement patterns to find a baseline which helps us design a personal training program in concert with your goals. A phase one program will address the most important aspects of needed improvement to help you reach your goals. We will account for your schedule and time commitments when designing your program. A major part of our philosophy is quality over quantity, accuracy with regards to form, and strength training for longevity.
